Data Collected
We collect enrollment details (name, email, agency, role), billing references handled by our processors, workshop attendance metadata, and messages you send through forms. Technical logs may include IP address, device type, and coarse location for security monitoring.
Retention
Enrollment records are kept for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations in Korea unless a shorter period is justified. Marketing inquiries are deleted or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity unless you remain subscribed with active consent.
Use of Data
Data is used to deliver programs, improve materials, secure accounts, and communicate scheduling changes. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated profiling beyond aggregated analytics with identifiers removed.
Third Parties
We rely on subprocessors for email delivery, video conferencing, and document hosting. Contracts include data processing terms aligned to Korean expectations. A current list is available on request and summarized in the Cookie Preferences document where relevant.
Scope
This notice covers visitors to ocendoz.digital, waitlist subscribers, and paying participants. Partner agencies who only receive forwarded materials should consult their own employer policies. If you access materials on behalf of a client agency, you confirm you have authority to share any data you submit.
Rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where technically feasible. We respond within 30 days unless complexity requires an extension, in which case we will explain the delay.

If you are unsatisfied with our initial response, you may escalate to the same inbox with "Privacy escalation" in the subject line for review by a second team member. You may also lodge a complaint with competent Korean authorities if applicable law grants that right.
Data Collected — Sensitive Categories
We do not intentionally collect health data through standard forms. If you voluntarily disclose health-related needs for travel planning examples, minimize details and avoid special-category data where possible. Cohort discussions should anonymize traveler stories.
Retention — Learning Platforms
Discussion transcripts in cohort tools may be retained up to 12 months for moderation review then purged unless a legal hold applies. You may request earlier deletion where it does not impair fraud investigations or accounting controls.
Use of Data — Analytics
Analytics cookies, when allowed, help us understand navigation paths and broken links. Rejecting analytics does not remove essential cookies required for security. Aggregated statistics never identify individuals in external reports.
Third Parties — Transfers
If subprocessors store data outside Korea, we assess safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions where available. You may request information about specific transfers related to your account.
