Terms of Use
Last updated 2025-11-18
Acceptance
By accessing training materials, workshops, or downloads from Veloria Segment Lab, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you represent an agency, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
If you disagree with any clause, stop using the services and contact us so we can close your access cleanly.
Service Description
Veloria Segment Lab provides educational experiences about audience segmentation for luxury travel agencies, including cohort courses, templates, and facilitation guides. Deliverables are described on each program page.
We may update descriptions when schedules change; substantive changes receive email notice when they affect timing or access windows.
Termination
Either party may end access for material breach after written notice and a 10-business-day cure period, except where immediate suspension is required to protect participant data or platform integrity.
You may stop participating at any time; refunds follow the Refund Policy hosted alongside these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Veloria Segment Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from how you apply training concepts in commercial decisions.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single enrollment is limited to the fees paid for that enrollment unless mandatory law states otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All curricula, templates, recordings, and brand assets remain our property or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal agency operations during access windows.
You may not resell, publicly repost, or sublicense materials without written permission.
User Obligations
You will keep login credentials confidential, attend live sessions respectfully, and avoid recording peers without consent. You will not upload malware or attempt to scrape private cohort spaces.
You agree to provide accurate enrollment information so we can meet quality standards for cohort composition.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless consumer protection rules grant you a different venue.
If a translated copy conflicts with the English version, the English version controls for contractual interpretation unless local law requires otherwise.
Acceptance — Operational Notes
Agencies enrolling multiple participants must keep a current roster and notify us within five business days when someone departs so access tokens can be rotated.
Guests invited to single workshops must acknowledge confidentiality in writing before materials are released.
Service Description — Delivery Channels
Live sessions may be delivered through approved video platforms. We provide reasonable technical support for access issues but cannot remediate every corporate firewall configuration.
Templates ship as downloadable files or links; you are responsible for storing copies according to your internal retention rules.
Termination — Data Handling
Upon termination, we remove cohort workspace access within 72 hours while retaining billing records as described in the Privacy Notice.
You should export permitted materials before access ends; we cannot restore personal exports after closure.
Liability — Professional Judgment
Training does not constitute legal, tax, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for external reviewers in your markets.
Nothing in the curriculum guarantees commercial outcomes; examples are illustrative and anonymized.
Intellectual Property — Attribution
Where materials include third-party references, attribution lines must remain intact when shared internally.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve programs without identifying you unless we request and receive separate consent.
Cookie Preferences

Consent
When you first visit, we explain which cookies are essential and which are optional. Your choice is stored locally with a brand-specific key so we do not show the banner unnecessarily.
You may reopen preferences through the footer link at any time.
Third Parties
Optional analytics may involve subprocessors that set their own cookies. We keep the list short and review vendors periodically.
Disabling third-party cookies in your browser may limit some analytics but core pages remain usable.
Preferences
Preference cookies remember theme selection and cookie decisions. They are first-party and scoped to this domain.
Clearing site data will reset preferences until you choose again.
Categories
Essential cookies support security, load balancing, and consent storage. Analytics cookies measure aggregate navigation. Functional cookies remember non-essential UI choices such as collapsed sidebars.
We do not use advertising cookies on this marketing site.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They can be session-based (deleted when the browser closes) or persistent (lasting for a defined period).
Similar technologies include local storage entries used only for consent and theme state.
Consent — Withdrawal
Withdrawing analytics consent is immediate for new page loads. Some aggregated data collected prior to withdrawal may remain in de-identified reports.
Essential cookies cannot be refused if you wish to continue using secured areas.
Third Parties — Vendor Table
Analytics vendor cookies rotate identifiers every 24 hours where possible. Vendor names and purposes are listed in the downloadable cookie table available from the consent card.
We notify enrolled agencies if a subprocessor change materially affects tracking.
Preferences — Storage Keys
Keys are prefixed with the site domain to avoid collisions with other tools you host locally.
If you use multiple browsers, each stores its own preference record.
Categories — Duration
Essential session cookies expire within 24 hours. Consent records persist up to 12 months unless you reset them.
Analytics cookies, when enabled, expire within 13 months per vendor defaults unless shortened by us.
What Are Cookies — Browser Controls
Major browsers let you block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert you before storage.
Blocking all cookies may break theme persistence and consent memory on this site.
Refund Policy
Last updated 2025-11-05
Timeframe
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded proprietary templates or attended a live session.
After that window, partial credits may be offered when documented service issues occur.
Process
Email [email protected] with your enrollment reference, reason, and whether any materials were accessed.
We confirm receipt within three business days and outline next steps.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on program type. Cohort programs lose full-refund eligibility once cohort channels open unless we cancel the cohort.
Private workshops follow the statement of work agreed at booking.
Exceptions
No refunds are provided for completed downloadable assets once accessed, or when misconduct violations caused removal.
Force majeure events may delay cohorts; in those cases we offer rescheduling before refunds.
Scope
This policy covers direct purchases from Veloria Segment Lab. Reseller or marketplace purchases follow partner policies.
Consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected where mandatory provisions apply.
Timeframe — Partial Periods
If you attend only the opening session of a cohort and withdraw within 14 days, we may deduct a facilitation fee commensurate with seat blocking.
Currency conversions follow the processor rate on the refund date.
Process — Evidence
We may request screenshots or descriptions when technical failure is cited so engineering can verify logs.
False claims may result in account closure without refund.
Eligibility — Team Seats
Team packages refund as a whole unless individual seats were never activated; activation is defined as first login to the cohort space.
Replacing a participant name does not reset eligibility timers.
Exceptions — Custom Work
Bespoke facilitation or custom research deposits are non-refundable once calendar holds are confirmed, except for our cancellation.
Travel booked by instructors for onsites is invoiced separately and follows vendor fare rules.
Scope — Recordkeeping
Refund decisions are logged with timestamps and reasons for quality standards reviews.
You may request a written summary of your refund status after completion.
